Founded in 2017, the Elements Group was established within the food, beverage & entertainment industry.
The Elements brand consists of a liquor store, restaurants & nightclub.
Elements Liquor Store opened in 2017 and was the launching pad of all we have achieved to date. This store is also in central Pretoria (next to the restaurant). The bottle store boasts excellent value for money, convenience, and an exceptional selection of the finest alcoholic beverages, from local to international brands; Customers are guaranteed to be served by our staff with the utmost kindness and hospitality.
In 2020 Elements@Church opened its doors in the heart of Pretoria (Church Street, today WF Nkomo). We have since expanded to Braamfontein (Elements@Braam) and Maboneng (Living Room). Inathi Fin acquired Sunray Services (Pty) Ltd in 2021. Its subsidiary, Res365, aims to support the transition towards independence and young adulthood, by providing our student with a conducive environment to enhance their learning experience.
Res@Biccard is a mixed-used building that caters for retail space and student housing in Braamfontein. We house over 90 students from various institutions in and around Johannesburg.
Our team works tirelessly to ensure that our students and tenants are in an environment that helps them to excel in their respective businesses and produce the best results with their studies.
